FOX Rehabilitation is seeking full-time and part-time Physical Therapists to provide individualized care primarily to geriatric patients through home visits in various New Jersey locations. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, interdisciplinary teamwork, flexible scheduling, and professional growth supported by continuing education and certification reimbursement. Applicants must hold or be eligible for a state license in physical therapy, have a degree from an accredited program, and current CPR certification is required.

In New Jersey, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $102,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
