🚀 Senior Brand Manager – Treats | Premium Pet Food (London, Hybrid)

We’re hiring for a Senior Brand Manager to join a high-growth, PE-backed premium pet food business on a mission to redefine pet care across Europe.

💼 Package: £60k base + bonus

📍 Location: London (Central, 3 days a week)

🎯 The Role – Senior Brand Manager (Treats)

As Senior Brand Manager, you’ll own brand strategy, consumer insights, and execution across campaigns, comms, and NPD — blending creativity with commercial impact.

Key responsibilities:

Brand stewardship & strategy
Campaigns, comms & media management
Innovation & renovation projects

We’re looking for:

Energetic storyteller who can inspire and engage teams
Strong understanding of marketing activation levers
Experience leading projects end-to-end
Creative mindset with flair for impactful campaigns
Solid design instinct — confident giving design feedback & creating slick presentations
