- Facility Setting: Emergency Room (ER)
- Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
- Start Date: November 5, 2025
- End Date: February 4, 2026
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts (6 on, 8 off schedule)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
- Open Positions: 2 ER RN openings
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1880–$2020 per week
ER RN Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications preferred
- Strong triage, assessment, and clinical support skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability and initiative in a dynamic ER setting
Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Room
- Triage patients efficiently and accurately based on physical and psychosocial needs
- Communicate with ER physicians, APP providers, patients, and families
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition or treatment response
- Collaborate with allied health staff and other healthcare professionals
- Provide guidance to Emergency Department techs, registration staff, and allied health staff
- Follow direction from Emergency Department leadership and providers
