Health Center is seeking a full-time BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join three physicians and two APPs in a well-established clinic.

Highlights include:

$625,000 + bonus based on RVU production
$75,000 sign-on bonus
$60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
Quality bonus (eligible upon earning base salary)
33 days of time off
5 days + $6,000 CME annually
1:4 call
ENT Clinic is located on the hospital campus with convenient access to the surgery center.
This is a general ENT position with access to advanced equipment such as Acclarent's TruDi Navigation System.

Centrally located, the Health Center is a 100+bed, community hospital in East Central Illinois - 180 miles south of Chicago and 130 miles east of St. Louis.

The Health Center provides a full range of acute-care, general services and home health services to approximately 357,000 residents of Coles and the surroundings 12 counties. The Health Center's active and consulting medical staff includes nearly 200 providers representing multiple specialties.
