The Practice:

Replace a retiring physician- busy from Day 1!
The multispecialty group has more than 100 providers in 22 specialties in nine communities!
$230,000 Salary + Potential to earn more than $100,000 in bonuses
Loan Repayment = $50,000; Practice Start-up = $20,000; Resident Stipend = Up to $36,000
Two-year salary guarantee
Additional incentive potential for high productivity & for quality, access and panel development
Case Management, including medical social worker and RN care manager in the practice
Advanced Practice Provider Team Relationship
Flexibility to do inpatient/hospitalist work for additional compensation
Physician-led employer; PCMH-certified practice
