• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p
• Patient Volume: 10
• Phone Consults: 3
• Rounding included: Yes
• Support Staff:
- 2 RN & 1 Office Staff
- 3 Therapist and 1 Chief Therapist
• Procedures:
- Brachytherapy: Intracavitary, Interstitial, Vascular/Endovascular, LDR ( Low & High dose rate)
- External Beam Therapy (EBRT): Linear Accelerator, Tomotherapy, Superficial/Orthovoltage
- Techniques: Conventional/Conformal Therapy, Intensity Modulated Radiation therapy (IMRT), Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT), Stereotactic Body radiation therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) - all types, Intraoperative radiation therapy (IORT), Total body irradiation (TBI), Total Skin electrons (TSE), Hyper altered fractionation
- Treatment planning: Conventional treatment planning, Beam shaping (MLC), 3D CRT, 3D CRT, IMRT, PET CT or MRI Image Fusion, Electronic Portal Imaging (EPI), Clinical Trials
• Duties:
- Providers must document in the timesheet the specific reason for the call back and they should have a description such that the note can be validated if an audit report was generated in an electronic health record.
• EMR: Paragon
• Hospital Privileges required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges available: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active NC License
• BC
• ABLS, BLS, ACLS, & PALS
