Nocturnist - Emergency Medicine opening in ILLocated in Quincy, 2hours to St. Louis, MOFull Time and Permanent PositionWe are seeking an Emergency Medicine Nocturnist to join our dynamic Emergency Department. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a Level II Trauma Center with approximately 40,000 visits annually, supported by a team of attending physicians in all major specialties.Opportunity Details:Position: Nocturnist in the Emergency DepartmentSchedule: 1,504 hours per year; 10 PM - 8 AM shiftWork Cycle: Four days on, four days off, followed by eight days offKey Features:Onsite helicopter serviceEmergency Resource Hospital for five surrounding countiesCertified Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center with door-to-cath time under 30 minutesCommunity-focused team of Emergency Department physiciansCompensation and Benefits:Base Salary: $320,000 for 1,504 scheduled clinical hours (32 hours per week)Sign-on Bonus and Relocation AssistanceEligibility for a production-based annual bonusComprehensive health, life, vision, and dental insuranceMalpractice coverage with tail403(b) pension plan plus 457(b) tax-deferral optionEmployee childcare center$5,000 professional expense allowanceIncome potential above the 90th percentileQualifications:Emergency medicine residency trainingABEM/AOBEM certification requiredAbout the Organization: We are the largest medical provider in a 300,000+ population region, operating a 347-bed regional referral center and a 25-bed critical access hospital.
