Job Requirements Education :
- Successful completion of an accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program in U.S. or Canada
- Successful completion of an accredited Gastroenterology Fellowship Program in U.S. or Canada
- Open to new graduates
License/Certification: - Kentucky License/Eligible
- DEA
- Board certification or active participation in the examination process

Practice Highlights:- Practice currently consists of MD's 1, APRN 1, CMA's and support staff
- Four endoscopy suites
- Ten days call per month
