OBGYN Hospitalist opening in INHuntington, INIndianapolis 85mFull timeIdeal candidates:Be able demonstrate clinical excellence, superior communications skills and an active, current skill set to practice the full depth and breadth of OB/GYN.Are required to have the confidence and expertise to handle obstetrical and gynecological emergencies.Should also be willing to partner with service line leadership, nursing, and other specialties to drive patient safety and quality initiatives.Specifics of The RoleFull-time position entails 79, 24-hour in-house shifts per year In-house duties include labor and delivery management, obstetric emergencies, postpartum care, gynecologic consultations, and emergency surgical interventions as needed Some clinic duties will be required during business hours of weekday shifts, which may include office visits, NST/ultrasound interpretation, and CNM/NP support Shift location will be based upon community and regional needs Must be American Board CertifiedMinimum of 4 years of OB/GYN experienceProvide support to OB/GYN & Family Practice providersCollaborate with MidwivesAssist in coordination of Maternal Transports from our community hospitals to others when needed Our excellent benefit package includes: - Highly competitive salaries plus annual incentive compensation opportunity - Commencement bonus - Paid relocation - Student loan assistance - Retirement contribution plan - Flexible spending accounts - Medical, dental, vision & life insurance - Short and long-term disability - And many other non-traditional benefits!
