Direct Hire Physical Therapist Role $80,000-$120,000 per year in Darien, Connecticut

Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our partner’s full-time team in the Darien, Connecticut area.

This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Key Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist:

Perform 1-hour evaluations and 30-minute follow-up sessions, focusing on athletes and sports-related injuries.
Develop and guide treatment plans that prioritize patient recovery and long-term performance.
Collaborate with local athletic programs, including training high school teams in football, lacrosse, swimming, and more.
Support and mentor colleagues, with opportunities for leadership and professional growth.
Deliver patient-centered care in a state-of-the-art facility, with no pressure on productivity quotas.

Key Requirements for the Physical Therapist:

2+ years of physical therapy experience (sports medicine or outpatient ortho strongly preferred).
Strong leadership capability and ability to connect with patients, athletes, and families.
Active Connecticut Physical Therapy License.
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Schedule for the Physical Therapist:

Salary range: $80,000–$120,000 (can have flexibility on salary based off of experience)
Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k with company match.
$1,500 annual CEU allowance with flexibility for further education.
Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends/no on-call. Flexible shifts (7a–3p or 11a–7p), with early Friday afternoons (out by 3–4pm).
