This position is for a Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one physical therapy services primarily in a senior living community in Johns Creek, GA. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for top-caliber Physical Therapists to join us in part time in Johns Creek, GA. This position is partially staffed in one of our senior living community partners, Addington Johns Creek.
•Pioneer of Geriatric House Calls™ to older adults in their communities.
•Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism.
•Drive rewarding patient outcomes.
•Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions.
