Nter Talent are delighted to be recruiting for a global market leader in the energy and sustainability sector, currently expanding their UK team due to continued growth.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business that helps companies across the UK manage their energy usage more efficiently — supporting the transition towards a more sustainable, connected future.

What you’ll be doing:

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with business customers across the UK.
Generating opportunities through both inbound and outbound activity.
Developing expert knowledge of the company’s energy products and the wider market.
Managing your own pipeline and ensuring prospects are engaged throughout the process.
Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets.
Identifying upselling opportunities to strengthen customer relationships.

What we’re looking for:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confident, motivated, and target-driven personality.
Organised and proactive with excellent time management.
Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential — attitude is everything!
