Founding Flutter Developer - £100k - Remote, AI + Equity

What if your next role let you rewrite the rules of mobile connectivity—without ever touching legacy code?

We’re looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join a remote-first team (Europe-based) that’s building the future of mobile carriers from the ground up. This isn’t about patching up old systems or working around outdated infrastructure. It’s about creating a sleek, user-first mobile experience that makes traditional telecoms look like dial-up.

You’ll be leading the development of a cross-platform app built entirely in Flutter, with a clean, scalable architecture and a product that’s already live and growing fast. The stack includes Riverpod for state management, GraphQL for API communication, and Firebase for auth, analytics, and push. You’ll be hands-on with everything from UI polish to performance tuning, and you’ll have a strong voice in architectural decisions, tooling, and release strategy.

The team is small, sharp, and fully remote. Everyone here codes, cares, and collaborates. We move fast, iterate constantly, and keep meetings to a minimum. You’ll be trusted to lead features end-to-end, mentor other devs, and help scale the app as it expands across Europe. You’ll work closely with product and design to ship experiences that feel effortless but are anything but simple under the hood.
