Business Development Manager Scenography

KEEN TO JOIN US IN LONDON?

As part of the launch of our UK-based agency, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager Scenography to lead our growth locally. You’ll help us build strong partnerships in the worlds of luxury, retail and culture, real estate, and make our agency known in the UK market. The candidate must have international experience in order to potentially open other markets in Europe as well

What you’ll do

Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships
Stay informed about key market developments (projects, events, launches, renovations)
Lead strategic client accounts and make sure they are fully satisfied
Work closely with our Paris teams (creative, project, production) to prepare tailored proposals
Coordinate project briefs and support internal teams during kick-off
Promote ATHEM in UK: attend events, grow our network, share our vision
Potential to contribute to growth in other International markets

What we’re looking for

Experience

5+ years’ experience in business development
Strong background in luxury, cultural or creative industries, real estate
A strong professional network and deep knowledge of the UK market (Specifically in London) and ideally international as well

Key skills

Proven track record in prospecting and negotiation
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
Native English speaker ; French is a plus.

Autonomous, well-organised, agile and strategically minded
Strong communication and client relationship skills
High standards of quality and attention to details
Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
