COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)

Earning potential: 300K +
$20,000 sign-on bonus (negotiable)
10K stipend per APP supervised
Relocation assistance (amount based on location; paid 30 days prior to start)
15 days PTO + 11 paid holidays
5 CME days and $3,000 annual allowance
Access to NHSC/AHEC student loan repayment programs
Full benefits package including retirement

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)

100% outpatient-only setting
Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Average patient volume: 18-20 per day
Team includes shared nurse and dedicated MA
