Compensation:
- Base Pay: 21.25 / Hour
- Weekly Bonus: Weekly performance bonus based on performance

- Shift 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (depending on performance)
- Shift 2: Wednesday (depending on performance), Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- Shift 3: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

What You’ll Do as a Delivery Driver
- As a DOT Delivery Driver, you’ll drive a DOT regulated box truck delivering 70 packages a day
- Handle large bulky products utilizing proper equipment with weights ranging from 50 - 200+ (team lift)
- Work 4 or more days per week and up to 12 hours per day including breaks
- Interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
- Work collaboratively with dispatchers, lead drivers, and operations managers to get the job done
- Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
- Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area according to GPS
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
- Use hand held device for routing and customer delivery information.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages to be delivered
- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers
- Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Lift packages up to 200 lbs
- Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
- Deliver products to customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
- Report any issues or problems to management immediately
What You’ll Need
- Grit and lots of it. It is not easy work, but it can be rewarding when done right
- Reliability, communication skills, and eagerness to learn and get the job done
- Must be at least 21 years old with eligibility to work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have 3 years of driving history in the United States
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs - 200 lbs packages
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adhere to yard safety policies, obey all applicable traffic laws, and drive in accordance with weather/road conditions
