Description
Provides professional nursing care as directed by the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Centers policies, procedures, and protocols; i.e. provides primary and specialty health care services in collaboration with other members of the health care team while integrating the nursing roles of clinical, teaching, consulting, care coordination/case management, and leadership. Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice, incorporating the principles of Nursing Process when delivering care.

Required qualifications:
- Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 1 year Recent RN experience in a patient care setting or clinical commensurate.
- 2 years Behavioral Health assignments only: In acute or ambulatory Behavioral Health.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years Recent RN experience in a patient care setting in area(s) of responsibility.
- Recent prior experience in a hospital and out-patient setting.
- Recent prior experience with phone triage.
- 3 years Behavioral Health assignments only: Progressive experience, including medication management.
