- Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 11/10/2025 – End: 2/9/2026)
- Weekend Hours: As needed
- Call Requirements: Yes
- Float Requirements: Yes (float to other units as needed)
- Patient Population: Adults (18+)
- Unit Size: 16-bed ICU
- Patient Ratio: 2:1
- Electronic Health Record: Meditech
- Dress Code: Royal Blue Scrubs
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1590-$1710
ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Arkansas or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
- Ability to float to other hospital units as required
- Strong clinical skills in critical care, including IV pumps and ventilator management
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork abilities
- Experience with Meditech EHR preferred
ICU RN Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill adult patients in a 16-bed ICU
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using Meditech electronic health records
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate ventilators and other critical care equipment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Respond to medical emergencies and participate in rapid response situations
- Float to other hospital units and participate in on-call rotations as needed
- Maintain a compassionate and professional approach to patient and family care
