Registered Nurse (RN) – MedSurg/Tele Float
Show Low, AZ

Contract Details:

Shift: Nights, 3x12s (36 hrs/week; guaranteed, no cancellations)
Setting: Acute care • Float between PCU and two Med/Tele units (telemetry patients)
Float Pool: May float to all MS units, ER, L&D, Behavioral Health, ICU (MS overflow)
EMR: Allscripts Sunrise
Scrubs: Any color

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years MedSurg/Tele
License: Active RN (AZ or Compact)
Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS
Notes: COVID vaccination preferred; religious exemptions considered

Unit Snapshot:

Ratios: Days 1:5, Nights 1:6; Peds 1:4 (acuity-based)
Support: Tele techs, Charge RN, HUCs, PCTs
Services: Hospitalist 24/7, Respiratory Therapy 24/7, Pharmacy 24/7
No IV team
