Job Description

American Traveler seeks an experienced RN Case Manager with an active CO or compact RN license and strong case management experience for a full-time day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

Full-time day position in a hospital setting
Choice of scheduling: 3x12 hour shifts or 4x10 hour shifts per week
Includes rotating weekend coverage
No call responsibilities
13-week contract assignment
Responsible for managing care plans for inpatients and outpatients and supporting families across the continuum of care
Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
Facility offers fully furnished housing options for travelers, subject to availability

Requirements

Active CO or compact RN license required
Graduate of an accredited or state board approved RN program
Minimum of 3 years of RN case management experience required
Proof of current flu vaccine is required with no exemptions
