Days+Call - M-F 8a-5p + On-Call rotation evenings/weekends, holiday coverage required (24hr call on weekends/holidays)
Charting System::Home Care Home Base
Department: Home Health/Hospice RN|
8a-5p. On call rotation for evenings
Service 60 mile radius around Dickinson - provide care to many patients, homes, nursing homes, etc.
Radius Rule: 50 miles
