A well-established national firm is seeking to strengthen its employment practice with the appointment of a senior employment lawyer or existing partner.

This opportunity will appeal to someone looking for genuine influence, the freedom to grow a practice, and a platform that supports ambitious lawyers to take that next step.

The role

You will lead and develop high-quality client relationships, advise on complex employment and HR matters, and play a key role in shaping the direction of a respected national team. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own client base, with the backing of strong internal resources and an experienced leadership group that values collaboration and results.

What you’ll bring

Strong experience in both contentious and advisory employment law
A track record of building or contributing to client relationships and developing new work
The ability to lead, mentor, and contribute to the growth of a successful team
A commercial, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to operate at partner level
