From our headquarters in New Ulm, MN, our freight runs the length of I-35, across the Midwest, down into Texas, and into the Northeast and Southeast. With multiple terminals in key locations, you'll always have the support you need to keep rolling.

CDL-A Team Truck Driver Top Pay and Miles:

$0.75 – $0.80 CPM*
CDL-A drivers average 5,000 – 5,500+ miles/week
$500 onboarding bonus* + $1,000 vacation pay per teammate
Annual compensation reviews + unlimited referral incentives - $2,000 per driver
Detention, layover and stop pay

CDL-A Team Truck Driver Benefits:

2021+ CDL-A trucks with APU or Idle Smart, Inverter and Auto Transmission
100% no-touch freight, no forced NYC dispatch

Requirements for CDL-A Truck Driving Jobs:

Valid CDL-A, 21+
6 months of recent OTR or regional CDL-A experience in last 3 years
Safe driving record
Must have a teammate – solo drivers not paired

*Includes monthly team utilization incentive: Earn an additional $0.02–$0.05 CPM based on monthly mileage tiers. Incentive pay is shared equally between both team drivers, since both contribute to the total miles. Drivers must be actively employed and in working status at the time of payout. Bonuses are taxed as regular earnings.
