This position is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing long-term care at Providence Kodiak Alaska Medical Center. The role requires completion of an accredited LPN program, licenses, and certifications including Alaska LPN license and BLS, with preferred experience of one year. Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training Completion of an accredited LPN program.
- Coursework/Training Must complete required in-service annually as determined by institution/department.
- Upon hire: Alaska Licensed Practical Nurse
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: MDS may be required if cross-trained in to ECF
