Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is a fast-growing, clinician-owned company that truly cares and understands what home healthcare is all about. We are searching for an energetic Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our amazing TEAM of clinicians that serves the Dennis residential area of Massachusetts. This Full-Time Hybrid position offers an annual salary of $90,000-$120,000, in addition to the Benefits shown below. Occupational Therapist Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

Developing and implementing treatment plans that focus on the physical, cognitive and emotional needs of patients
Assessing home environment to ensure safety and provide recommendations for any necessary modifications or equipment needs
Providing patient and caregiver education
Accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required.

Candidates must have MA Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
Minimum of 1-year experience as an Occupational Therapist (OTR).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
