Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000 - $300,000 per year

Compensation:

$40,000 - $300,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Build relationships and guide clients through buying and selling
Show homes to motivated buyers
Deliver white-glove service to sellers
Maintain your real estate license
Engage with clients across calls, texts, email, and social media
Show up and DO THE WORK

Qualifications:

Active Florida real estate license (or ability to obtain one)
Ferociously committed to high standards and hard work
Strong communication skills
Driven, coachable, and committed to providing exceptional client service
Valid drivers license
