General Maintenance Technician

At One Way Wireless Construction, we build and maintain the towers that keep society connected phones, data, emergency services, and more. Its work that requires focus, commitment, and trust in the people beside you.

Were looking for Tower Technicians who take pride in their work, dont mind getting their hands dirty, and want to be part of a reliable crew that has each others backs on the road, at height, and in the long run.

What youll be doing:

Climbing towers ranging from 50 to 700 feet to install, repair, or upgrade wireless equipment.
Rigging ropes, mounting antennas, radios, and running fiber and RF jumpers.
Following site-specific build plans and carrier standards.
Documenting your work with photos and helping keep job sites clean and safe.
Communicating clearly with your crew and supporting newer team members when needed.
Working MondayFriday, with regular travel throughout the Midwest.

Who you are:

Youre reliable, respectful, and take safety seriously.
Youre willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
Youre comfortable with heights and physically capable of the work.
You dont mind travel and can be away from home during the week.
You have experience with basic hand tools and a valid drivers license.
You can pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check.
Have a valid drivers license.
Able to report to our Shakopee, MN office.

What you can count on:

Hourly pay: $21$39/hr, based on experience and qualifications.
Overtime pay (1.5x) for any hours over 40/week most of our crews average 5060+ hours/week.
$150 per diem/night (when traveling 60+ miles from our shop).
401(k) with company match (50% up to 6% of your paycheck).

PTO (2 weeks/year), accrued with each paycheck.
7 paid holidays adjusted when they fall on a weekend.
