Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with 36 clinical hours and 4 admin hours weekly
18 - 20 patients per day -- 9 patients per 4-hour clinic session
Community health center/FQHC outpatient setting
Patient population spans pediatric to geriatric care
EMR: Epic
Experience with chronic pain and addiction medicine required
Charts must be completed same day during clinic hours
We provide complimentary housing and travel
We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
We provide first-day medical insurance and 401(K)
