Qualifications
- CurrentRNlicensureasrequiredbystate regulations.
- BLScertificationwithACLScertificationtobeobtainedwithinoneyearofstartingposition.
- CRRNcertificationtobeobtainedwithinayearofmeetingtheeligibility requirements.
- BachelorsDegreeinNursingorrelatedfieldpreferred.
- Twoyearsofrecentexperienceinaninpatienthospitalsetting(withinthelastfiveyears).
- Previousleadership role,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
