Schedule
Shifts include nights (7P-7A) and days (7A-7P) in a rotation. Options for 36 or 48 hours per week available, with a requirement for one weekend shift per week or two weekend shifts every other week. Must also work at least one holiday per contract.
Job Description
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the 37-bed Med/Tele Unit. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, utilizing their skills in acute medical-surgical and telemetry nursing.
Required Experience and Certifications
- 1 year of recent experience in acute medical-surgical/telemetry nursing.
- 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates.
- Active NY RN license.
- NIH and AHA BLS certifications.
Additional Information
- Candidates must be flexible according to the needs of the facility's schedule.
- Block booking may be requested but is not guaranteed.
- Willingness to float to other units and work in charge roles as needed.
- Highland will provide training as necessary.
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
