Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with ICU experience to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a mixed acuity unit consisting of PCU, MS Tele, and surgical patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in telemetry and proficiency in various nursing procedures and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor patient vitals and assess medical histories.
- Administer medications and other treatments as per protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective patient care.
- Participate in health education and counseling for patients and their families.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience within the last 3 years.
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
- PALS certification is preferred.
- Experience with Epic charting system is required.
- Preferred experience in Trauma Level I or II facilities.
