Central Vermont hospice home care agency in need of an experienced Hospice RN • Experience with hospice case management required • Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required. • Prior experience with rural travel preferred. • Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred • Work schedule Sunday-Thursday ****Prefer a nurse with no RTO requests for this contract.****
