Registered Nurse Qualifications

- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans for surgical patients
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Prepare and maintain a sterile operating room environment
- Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Accurately document all aspects of patient care
- Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
