Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Job Description & Requirements

Shift: 8 hours, days
Employment Type: Travel

Minimum 1 year Home Health experience required
Will accept first-time traveler if seasoned to home health
Driver's License and proof of Insurance required
PT: BLS required
NC State License required
No weekend rotation
No call
No major holidays
RTO: Manager approval
Schedule cycle: every 13 weeks
6 visits a day
