Are you passionate about helping patients achieve their best functional outcomes? We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and Supervise : Oversee the delivery of top-notch physical therapy services
- Evaluate and Plan : Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized care plans
- Implement and Reassess : Execute care plans and continuously reassess treatment results
- Collaborate : Work within a team framework, involving appropriate disciplines, significant others, and the patient
- Discharge Planning : Actively participate in planning for patient discharge
Special Requirements:
- Pediatric and Adolescent Care : Provide care for pediatric and adolescent orthopedic patients as needed
- Versatile Coverage : Cover both inpatient and outpatient services at our Ballard and Issaquah clinics

Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: A graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy
- Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
