ICU Registered Nurse Job Details

- Shifts per Week: 3 (12-hour day shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

- Hourly Pay Rate: $86.49/hour
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1950–$2090/week
ICU RN Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state eligibility
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Medical ICU (MICU) setting
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Ability to float between Founders 8 & 9 MICU units as needed
- Willingness to work every other weekend (EOW)
- Commitment to all scheduled shifts for the full 13-week contract
ICU RN Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based critical care nursing to patients in a fast-paced MICU environment
- Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient conditions using advanced clinical skills
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Float between assigned MICU units (Founders 8 & 9) as required
- Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Educate patients and families to support optimal health outcomes
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
