Pay rate: $70 per hour on a w2
Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm - 5 days/week - (30/min unpaid break) - 38 guaranteed hours/week.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality, compassionate care in an adult primary care setting. The successful candidate will perform comprehensive exams, manage chronic illnesses, and contribute to integrated, whole-person care models in collaboration with mental health professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments and perform detailed history and physicals (H&Ps)
- Manage chronic and acute conditions through evidence-based treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and provide patient education
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate closely with mental health teams and interdisciplinary staff
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with patients
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
- New York State Physician Assistant License (active)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in primary care
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative care model
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or familiarity with:
○ ADHD management
○ Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment
