Position Summary We are seeking a poised and proactive
Executive Assistant to support our CEO and work closely with the Chief of Staff and broader executive leadership team. This role will play a critical part in keeping operations running smoothly, ensuring priorities are met, and providing high-level administrative support with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities - Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including VIPs and government officials, while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
- Manage competing priorities with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Plan and coordinate on- and off-site meetings, events, and conferences (logistics, agendas, materials, catering, etc.).
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; review, prioritize, and respond or delegate as appropriate.
- Partner with a team of three other Executive Assistants to provide seamless support across the organization.
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure sensitive matters are handled with care.
- Represent the organization with professionalism in interactions with high-profile visitors and partners.
Qualifications - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with a proactive approach.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional presence and ability to remain calm, composed, and effective under pressure.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to anticipate needs.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
