Day shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 3x12s (36 hours/week, every other weekend)

Job Description:

Join a dedicated healthcare team in the scenic Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, where exceptional patient care meets outdoor adventure. As a Med/Surg Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver and coordinate compassionate care for adult patients, with occasional pediatric cases, in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care for medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, and swing bed patients.
Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Collaborate with clinical leaders and supervisors to ensure quality outcomes.
Deliver holistic care meeting physical, emotional, and developmental needs.

Requirements:

Active Vermont RN or Multi-State RN license
BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications required prior to start
Minimum 3 years of acute care experience (Med/Surg preferred)
Familiarity with Meditech EMR preferred

This is not a pediatric floor; however, occasional pediatric patients may be assigned. Pediatric-only RNs should not apply.

Pay Details:

Traveler (W2):

Hourly Rate: $60.00/hr
Weekly Gross: $2,160.00
Taxable W2: $25.50/hr ($918/week)
Non-Taxable Stipend: $34.50/hr ($1,242/week)
Overtime after 40 hours

Traveler (1099):

Hourly Rate: $63.00/hr
Weekly Gross: $2,368.00
