Job Description
This position is for a backfill nurse who has experience with Epic systems. Candidates must meet specific health and professional requirements outlined by the facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with current best practices.
- Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with medical team members to deliver high-quality care.
- Adhere to facility-specific protocols and regulations.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Valid Nursys license.
- Successful completion of required Catholic competencies and skills checklists.
- Current vaccination records including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, and Varicella.
- Driver's License or State ID.
- Completed background checks and professional documentation as required.
