Job Description

As a registered nurse - administration (RN), or nurse administrator, you will manage the nursing staff at a healthcare organization. Instead of directly treating patients, you'll focus on coordinating and leading employees. Your duties may include scheduling, setting policies, generating reports, managing budgets, supervising nurses and overseeing patient care. You'll play an essential role in ensuring processes run smoothly and patients receive safe, high-quality care.

Minimum Requirements

At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty
Active RN license
