What You’ll Do:- Deliver top-notch patient care using the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment to manage complex NICU situations.
- Administer medications and perform safety checks diligently.
- Educate and empower patients’ families on procedures, treatments, and recovery plans.
- Prioritize patient safety and quality, documenting care accurately and efficiently.
What You Bring to the Table:Education:
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program required.
- BSN preferred.
Licensure & Certifications:
- Active RN license (Single State or Compact).
- BLS & NRP required.
- ACLS & PALS preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years recent NICU experience in a hospital setting.
Skills & Strengths:
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Collaborative, patient-first mindset.
- Cool under pressure with excellent time management skills.
