- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2310–$2480 per week
- Floating: May float to Haverhill, MA as needed
- Holiday Policy: Thanksgiving and Christmas time-off requests cannot be approved
ER RN Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (American Heart Association preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department
- Flexibility to float to other units or nearby locations as needed
Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Emergency Department
- Perform rapid assessments, triage, and interventions for patients with urgent and emergent medical conditions
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and discharge instructions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment according to hospital policies and procedures
