Description
The lead occupational therapist acts as a resource for other staff members. This includes such duties as communicating instructions, training employees, performing scheduling/staffing, assisting with program development and quality assurance. This job description includes all responsibilities of a staff therapist.

Required Qualifications:
- A graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy
- Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 5 years of clinical experience in related field
- 3 years of clinical experience in specialty
