Job Description
Seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Med/Tele unit, which includes 37 beds. The nurse will provide acute care in a fast-paced environment, managing patients' health and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in a cardiac medical/surgical telemetry setting.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Float to other units as required by the facility's needs.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- 1 year of recent experience in acute med-surg/tele required.
- 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates.
- Active NY RN license.
- NIH and AHA BLS certifications.
