This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.

Job Details:

$0.69 per mile
Live load/unload pay: $4 - $16 per hour
Stop pay: $6 - $24 per hour
Trailer move pay: $16 per occurrence
Weekly attendance pay: $100 per week contingent on full work week
Drop and hook pay: $8.00 per event
Detention pay: $4 per 15 minute increment
Miscellaneous hourly work: $16 per hour
Emergency load pay: $100-$200 per load
Safety training pay: $20 per hour
Off account pay: $280-$325 per day
Holiday pay: $160 per day

Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $88,400
Daily home time
Onsite management
Paid online orientation

This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.

J.B.
