Direct Hire
Salary: $95k - $110k
Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership within a growing food and beverage manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be a master multitasker with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative and operational support to the executive team (CEO, COO, CFO, or VP-level).
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare detailed itineraries.
Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other confidential materials.
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal departments to ensure clear communication and timely follow-up.
Coordinate leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and tracking of action items.
Assist with company events, board meetings, and strategic planning activities.
Maintain discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
Support special projects and initiatives related to production, supply chain, and customer partnerships.
Track and process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative systems and enhance executive efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems.
Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and accuracy.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
