Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a rotating Emergency Department position requiring Level II trauma experience and advanced certifications.

Responsibilities

Work in an adult Emergency Department within a hospital setting
Rotating shifts between days and nights (7A/7P)
Every third weekend required
Holiday coverage as needed per unit
No on-call responsibilities
Provide care to adult patients with a variety of urgent and emergent medical conditions
Locals are accepted at the same rate, except where radius rules apply
Holiday shifts may be required as determined by the unit
No on-call shifts are required for this assignment

Requirements

Active MD or compact RN license required
Minimum of two years of Emergency Room nursing experience in Level II trauma
Experience in hospitals with 500+ bed count required
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
