Supplemental Health Care is hiring Long Term Care/chronic Care RNs for contract assignments at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Thomasville, Georgia.

Qualifications:
- Georgia RN License
- AHA BLS
- 1 year of experience as an RN
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
Long Term Care/chronic Care RN Contract Details
- $1,314 - $1,438 per week*
- Skilled Nursing Facility
- AM shift available
- 13-week contracts with the opportunity to extend
- RN will provide nursing care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility
