Office 365 Administrator

Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Exchange / Office 365 Administrator with strong expertise in Exchange (on-prem & online), Office 365, Intune, and Active Directory administration . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing hybrid environments, implementing security policies, and ensuring smooth operations across messaging and collaboration platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Manage administrative tasks in Office 365 including creation, monitoring, and management of user accounts.
Monitor Service Health in Office 365 and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Set up and deploy mobile device policies integrated with Windows Intune for secure connectivity.
Provide administration of Active Directory within Windows Servers including user accounts, group policies, DNS, OU structures, domain and forest trusts.
Administer and support Intune and SCCM for mobile device and application management.
Manage hybrid Intune environments for centralized management and reporting.
Configure and maintain Exchange Server 2013/2016/2019 Hybrid , Exchange Online , and Exchange Admin Center .
Administer Cisco ESA (Email Security Appliance) and Exchange Online Protection for email security and compliance.
Support Lync 2010/2013 (Skype for Business) and Office 365 integration.
Automate administrative tasks and reporting using PowerShell scripting .

Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Exchange (2013, 2016, 2019 Hybrid) and Exchange Online .
Expertise in Office 365 Administration .
Proficiency with Cisco ESA and Exchange Online Protection (EOP) .
Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, OU structure, domain & forest trusts .
Experience in Windows Intune, SCCM, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of Teams / Lync / Skype for Business administration.
Experience with security & compliance policies in O365 .
Familiarity with cloud migration projects (Exchange on-prem → O365).
